Property Description
Come and enjoy your Florida vacation in our fabulous 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom town home located at the beautiful 4-star Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highland's Reserve. This townhome is brand new and has brand new furniture throughout! It has been individually furnished, making it unique to the other town homes on this resort. There are 2 master bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and each with king size beds! There is also 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 beds. All beds have been upgraded to a high standard and all have really comfortable pillows and bedding. E-mail me for more photographs of this lovely home. It will sleep 10 people comfortably and has all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite downstairs is suitable for wheelchair users and this townhome is the only design in the resort that has adequate manoueverablility downstairs for a wheelchair. There is also a seperate downstairs toilet which is really convenient for the children and for guests using the queen size sofa bed in the sitting room. Every bedroom has a flat screen LCD TV and a DVD player. There is a large 37" wall mounted flat-screened LCD television and DVD in the lounge. The town home includes an in-room safe, iron & ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers, dishwasher, and everything necessary to make your vacation special. The town home also has a washer & dryer.

Regal Palms Resort at Highland's Reserve is a new resort very close to Disney and all other attractions, with many
spectacular features including a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with
2 heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, kiddie pool and children's
playground. There is a clubhouse with a 24 hour check-in and
business center. The clubhouse has a restaurant, sports bar, internet room and
game room. While there enjoy the Regal Palms Spa and Health club
which has everything you need to either exercise or unwind. Regal
Palms provides a complimentary shuttle to Disney World, if you need
transportation to other parks, please ask guest relations at the
resort. Within walking distance of the resort is a
Publix grocery store and nearby are many good restaurants and stores, including Walmart.

For Stays of 4 nights or less there is a £45/$89.00 cleaning fee
All guests are required to pay the $10/day resort fee upon
check-in. This charge is per house, not per person!

There is a $100.00 credit card authoriztion for stays 1-7 nights for
and a $200 credit card authoriztion for stays 8 nights and longer.
The authorization charge will be dropped in 14 days unless the unit
