This custom framed Rolling Stones piece has a story behind it. The drumstick you see was actually thrown into the audience by Stones drummer Charlie Watts, and caught by one lucky fan. This fan then placed that special concert souvenir into this frame, along the ticket from the show, and a poster.
This concert was part the Stones World tour, and it took place at Chicago's United Center, on January 22nd, 2003. The ticket is from Section 1, Row 8, Seat 9, with an admission price of $350.00.
The stick is a 16" Vic Firth, from the Charlie Watts International Series. It is in Excellent condition, not cracked. The poster is 21" x 33" outside the black matting. The frame is a matte black metal shadow box, 2½" deep x 30½" x 40".
The overall condition of the piece is very good, and just the inside of the frame needs to be cleaned a little. This is a terrific presentation of an unforgettable concert experience.
