This is an All Purpose Tester & Tube Checker for Electric Appliance, TV, & Radio by Morgan Powell of LA, Calif.
It is about 4" X 5" and in a plastic case. It appears unused and is in near mint condition. It tests 7 pin, 9 pin, Octal, and Loctal tubes.
The test light lit up when I plugged it in so it appears to be in good working condition.
This would be handy to test your old radio or TV tubes.
