NOTICE:

Payment:

Currently I only accept payments through PayPal or USPS Money Orders.  Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end date.  Non-payment or late payments will result in negative feedback for the bidder / buyer.

Shipping:

The item will be shipped within three business days after receipt of payment.  I do ship to addresses outside the United States.  I DO ship to APO’s.

Shipping Insurance:

I am not responsible or liable if the shipping carrier loses or damages the item.  I will take the necessary precautions to package the item accordingly.  Most small or soft items will be shipped in a padded envelope.  The buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on the shipment so that they are protected.  All shipping costs whether flat rate or calculated will be paid by the bidder / buyer.

Flat rate shipping costs are non-negotiable and cover some of my expenses (such as listing fees on ebay, paypal fees, packaging, boxes, tape, etc…)  If you disagree with the amount I have listed for the flat rate shipping, then don’t bid or buy.

Restrictions:

If any item I sell is considered restricted by your state or local government, it is your responsibility as the buyer to know your local laws and obey them accordingly.  All bidders / buyers must be 18 years of age or older.  No exceptions.  By placing a bid you are explicitly verifying that you are 18 or older.

Feedback:

I will leave feedback upon receipt of feedback from the winning bidder.  I strive to provide a high level of service and communication with my customers.  Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated.  If you should be unhappy with any part of my service or product, please allow me the opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving negative or neutral feedback.  If the bidder / buyer fails to abide by these terms then negative feedback will be left.  Bidders / Buyers with private and negative feedback should contact me prior to bidding.

Returns and Warranty:

All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be granted.  The listed item is sold as-is with no warranty implied or given.  If you have any questions about my products before bidding or buying, please email me at least 24 hours prior to the close of auction so that I may have time to respond accordingly.  For items damaged in shipping, please refer to the “Shipping Insurance” section above.

Indemnification:

The buyer acknowledges that they will use the product at their own risk.  The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller of the product purchased.  The seller makes no warranty or claim as to the functionality, capacity, compatibility or durability of the item up for sale. 

Pictured Item:

I will do my best to describe the item as accurately as possible, however the bidder / buyer is encouraged to email me with any questions they have prior to bidding / buying.

The bidder / buyer understands that the color displayed on their monitor may not reflect the true color and or texture of the item up for auction.

Agreement:

The winning bidder / buyer agrees to pay for the item at the winning price, plus the shipping amount listed.  The winning bidder / buyer agrees to abide by all terms set forth above.  If they disagree with any terms, they should not bid on or buy the item.  By placing a bid or buying an item, the bidder / buyer is explicitly acknowledging that they agree to all terms set forth herein and will abide by them.
