These are retinal operating lenses of some sort. I am not sure what these are, please email me if you know, it would be a big help!
They are in the sterilizing pouch, but probably need to be regassed.

I am hoping to sell these on Ebay, and use the money to help a charity that supports an orphanage in Uganda, Africa (another Ebayer named Jeff). Their latest project is really cool: they are trying to set up a sewing shop and bakery so that the older kids can learn a trade, and help support themselves. Some details are below from an email he sent me:
Our Clinic on Bussi Island is the only medical facility in the islands. Can you imagine being 3-6 hours from the nearest help and even if you could get there you'd couldn't afford care? We had helped start an orphanage for 160 kids and soon realized that we needed a full time nurse. We were able to move her to the Island in March and they got the small clinic built in June this year.
We have started with almost nothing except the nurse and medicine we purchase in Kampala, the capital. We will need almost everything a nurse/doctor could use. We are on a jungle island about 2 hours from the mainland. No power there except for a little solar they have installed for lights. We have been taking in clothing and supplies on our trips in, about every 6-8 months.
