I try to answer on emails once a day and always respond in a timely manner. I will usually be able to combine smaller items with larger ones for free shipping on the smaller items (not guaranteed). Shipping costs are decided by the size, weight, where the item is sent, and any packing supplies needed.  Insurance is not required, but suggested and always up to the buyer.
