Shipping:
We use Calculated Shipping, which means your shipment cost is based on the weight of the item plus our Shipping and Handling charges. We ship via USPS for all packages we can and reserve the right to choose what company to use if we cannot ship via USPS.
We strongly suggest the purchase of USPS postal insurance, especially if the item is valuable. In some cases insurance will be madatory. If you do not purchase insurance & the item is damaged in transit, we will not be held responsible. If insurance is not optional, please contact us & we can add it to your invoice
We will combine multiple purchases, the cost will then be based on the weight of the combined purchase plus our shipping and handling charges. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A COMBINED INVOICE, CONTACT US REQUESTING ONE. We can not automatically combine purchases. Request a combined invoice BEFORE paying. Once payment is made we can no longer combine your invoice & we will not refund shipping charges. Please request an invoice & wait to check out & pay until you have received the corrected invoice.
We always ship purchases out within 3 to 5 BUSINESS days after your payment clears. The only period of time this may differ will be during HOLIDAYS.
