• Are there any hidden charges or fees accociated with this account? - No all you only have to pay the one time as displayed in this listing - that's it.

• I'm a complete novice, isn't this very complicated? - After you have purchased your package you will receive an email with instructions what to do next, if you need assistance please with any of the information you can contact support and we will be happy to help.   Once your account is set up you will see how easy to use our control panel really is - if you can use eBay you can use our control panel! Remember though, we provide unlimited support and are happy to help you in whatever way you need.

• I have purchased hosting from other eBay sellers only to find the service is very poor and they never answer their emails, how do I know your service is different? - I often get customers who have had bad experiences with other eBay sellers. Please check out my feedback as you will see I provide excellent after sales support. Having worked in IT support for many years I know just how important efficient technical support is, that is why, unlike most others who sell hosting on eBay, I always respond to my customers.

• What happens after I purchase my web-hosting package? - Once we have received payment into our Paypal account we will email you with comprehensive, easy to follow set-up instructions.  Then when your account is set up we will email you with full instructions, including your username and password and control panel information.

• What does unlimited really mean? - This web hosting service is provided specifically for personal or small business use, and for these purposes it means exactly what it says - unlimited and you will be entirely satisfied with the very fast network.  However, if you want to have your own 'youtube' style site for 24/7 streaming media or you want a game server then the hosting may not be suitable - because the web hosting is operated on a shared basis - meaning each hosted account is allocated a portion of the server resources.  By all means you can still purchase the web hosting but if your account is to exceed an unacceptably high demand of the server resources, which may adversely affect other users, then it will be temporarily suspended until it is back within acceptable patrameters.  Unlimited means unlimited usage in the context of normal personal / small business requirements, and this is the acceptable usage policy.  Please note this is standard operating policy for all web hosting companies who are not specifically advertising their service as a virtual or dedicated server.  If you require further information please don't hesitate to contact me. 

• Can I have more than 1 domain on my web-hosting account? - Yes, you can have as many domains as you like mapped to your hosting account, however, please note that you will only have one webspace that all the domains 'point to'.

• Are your servers reliable? - Yes very reliable. We have 99.9% Uptime.

• Where are the servers located? - Nottingham, UK.

• What type of support is provided with this account? - We provide unlimited support, you can contact support via email or live support using MSN Messenger.

• What if I want to transfer ownership or terminate the account? - Please note that you may cancel your account at any time, you are not tied to any set contracts. However in the event an account is terminated, please be aware that all data will be lost. You are also free to transfer your domain away, there is no cost for this (unlike many other web-hosts, some charging up to £15).  We will assist you should you wish to transfer away.

• Do I have full control? -  Yes you are free to make any changes you want, you have total control via your advanced control panel.

• What methods of payment do you accept? - We accept payment by PayPal only.

• How long will it take to setup my unlimited web-hosting account? - Ycan expect to receive all your account details within a few hours during normal business hours. However on some occasions this will be done within 24 hours of purchase.  In the event of a technical problem you will be notified.

• How do I cancel my hosting? - We are sure that once you are using our service you will stay with us, however, should you want to leave us at any time then simply email us and we will happily assist you with the transfer of your domain from our service - Please note that there is no charge for transferring your domain from our service, some web-hosting companies charge you for transferring your domain from their service - we do not. Remember, you are free to cancel the service at any time, for whatever reason.

• Will you help with the HTML code of my website? - As much as I like to assist all my customers, I am affraid I cannot offer support for debugging any HTML code as this is beyond the remit of technical support.

• Do you help with CGI scripts? - The CGI scripts which are available in your control panel all automatically install, and they come with have usage instructions, so there should never be a problem.  In the event of a problem with these scripts we can provide support.  However, we do not provide assistance debugging any 3rd party CGI scripts (scripts which you have installed yourself) with this offer, as this would require too much time and is a specialized service.

• What will your charge next year, will you put the price up? - We believe that excellent customer service is the key to a good business. So don't worry we would never increase our price to catch you out. We will notify you well in advance of any changes. Remember you are free to cancel our service at any time.

• How do I contact you for support? - You can contact us 24/7 via our online support system. We respond to all support tickets within 24 hours, however our reponse time is normally much quicker than this.  Or you can chat to me live on MSN Messenger (see below), or you can email us direct.

• Do you prohibit any website material? - Please enjoy using our service and we hope it is of great benefit to you. However, we do not permit adult sites, and we strictly prohibit illegal file sharing and warez - any breaches of this policy will result in account cancellation.
