Payment Instruction

We accept Paypal (preferred), Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal checks.(Personal checks ONLY through Paypal. Please DO NOT mail them to me. It takes 4 days for Personal Checks to clear through Paypal, at which time shipping will be made. If you mail a personal check it will be sent back!) Payment must be received within 5 days of End of Auction, if mailing payment you need to follow procedure at end of auction so we will know that you are paying by mail. When sending a money order/cashiers check please add item number, it will be easier to located your purchase for faster shipping. After 5 days we will relist items if we have not heard from the buyer and the buyer will receive an unpaid item strike and negative feedback.

Shipping

I try to get as close as possible to the actual shipping cost. I have undercharged before and ended up paying out of pocket for shipping. I pay for supplies to ship items and drive them to the post office for accurate shipping. I add in the shipping the process and handling fees (supplies), that it cost me to ship items and drive them to the post office. If at any time I get a cost from post office and I have drastically over priced shipping, you will be issued a refund of extra. You may also contact me and I can get an actual cost of shipping and let you know, but you must contact me several days prior to auction ending so that I may have time to reply. Items are generally shipped within 3 business days of payment received, if you need items faster please let me know ahead of time so we can make proper arrangements.

I will not any longer leave feedback until I have received feedback, as for many people do not take feedback into consideration.

Terms of Sale

If there is a problem with your purchase Please feel free to contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we may have a chance to fix the situation. I take my feedback very serious and would like to keep it in good standing. We do accept returns. Item(s) will be refunded only if misrepresented. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of item(s). If unsatisfied with the item, return goods within 7 days for a refund of the item cost only. There will be no refund of S&H charges.
