(This is a picture of the swing in the shop.)This swing comes with everything you need for a standard porch installation. All s-hooks, chain, bolts, and eyebolts. Read the fine print. Other Swings sold sell these for more or don't include all hardware. 
Cypress never needs treating, painting, staining, or anything else to protect it. In fact, Cypress grows in the water, so the elements don't affect it one bit. You can stain or paint it, but it is just for looks. Cypress is comparable to Teak in properties yet cost up to ten times less.
What Is The Difference Between My Swing And The Other Guys?:
Take a look at this next picture:
See that? 2'' worth of support where the back and bottom meet. This is an area that needs the most support, especially for the heavier crowd. Also look at this next picture: 
Notice that it has 4 supports across the back and bottom. Many other swings only have 3, some will have 4 on the bottom, 3 on the top, etc.. But few have this kind of support. Also notice this next picture:
Notice that my slats are a hair over an inch thick. In addition to the fact that I use 4 supports on the back of the swing, and 4 supports on the bottom, and bolts through the supports, I have extra thick slats, making this one tough swing.
In addition to all this, I pride myself on the ease in which you can reassemble the swing when you recieve it. You may have noticed that all porch swings sent to you have some assembly. This is because if it was shipped together completely, it would cost you as much as the swing to ship. So you have to assemble mine as well. BUT!!!! Watch closely how easy it is to assemble in the next photos:
If you put the parts together like this it makes it easy to set up
Start to open it in a hinge-like motion
Opens up as easy as a door
Now we are ready to add the bolts
The 4 eyebolts attach the outside supports to each other as the arrows show. On the two inside supports you use a hexbolt. On the eyebolt and the hexbolt you need to have a washer on each side of the support. This keeps the wood from spliting.
Raise each arm support up and add the two bolts, and the eyebolts . All holes are predrilled and ready to go...
Place the arm rest on the arm support and bolt the back of the arm through the predrilled holes. It goes through the side support for plenty of security...
There are two predrilled holes in the front of each armrest. Just fasten the provided screws and......
