What I do not do / What I require:
1. No Local Pickup, no exception.

3. Communication, if you are going to be out of town or unable to pay until a certain day let me know. I do not want to keep sending invoices everyday for a week. Once I have decided that no communication is forthcoming, you will be dinged and the 2nd highest bidder will be given an opportunity to purchase the item.
