Payment
If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email with your total shortly after the listing has closed. You may pay this invoice through Paypal (Confirmed addresses ONLY with NO P.O. Boxes - NO EXCEPTIONS) or pay with certified check, cashier's check or money order. Our apologies - but we do not accept credit cards or any business/personal checks. Payment must be received within 7 days after the listing closes.
If we do not receive payment within 7 days - we will be forced to cancel your winning bid and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.
LOCAL PICK-UPS
Local Pick-Ups are asked to be paid with Cash (money order, cashier's check, certified check and cash). PayPal will be accepted. Our apologies - but we do not accept credit cards or any business/personal checks. Payment must be received within 7 days after the listing closes. If we do not receive payment within 7 days - we will be forced to cancel your winning bid and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
The Triton Group will only ship to locations within the United States on most items that are listed.
ONLY under certain circumstances will an item be available for shipment outside of the United States. This will be specified on that specific item.
We will ship your item within 3 days upon receipt of payment - excluding holidays and weekends. The Triton Group will NOT ship to any P.O. Box under any circumstance. To determine the shipping charge to your location - please use the shipping calculator in the Shipping and Payment Details that is provided in each listing.
Shipping insurance is optional and is available per each listing.
If you are unsure of the shipping cost of any item - please contact us before bidding.
LOCAL PICK-UPS
All auctions that have been listed with LOCAL PICK-UP only and no shipping option will need to be picked up within 7 days or the item will be cancelled and an Unpaid Item dispute will be filed with eBay.
Print a copy of your invoice and bring it and a photo ID to our store to help expedite your pickup. Our store address and phone number are under the "CONTACT US" heading. We are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Terms of Sale
The Triton Group strives to provide buyers with a detailed and truthful description of every item sold in our listings. We will accept a return ONLY if the item does not match the description in the listing.
If you receive an item that does not match the listing description, you must iniate the return process within 3 days of receiving the item by contacting us. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
