I am not responsible if your country confinscates your package and does not allow you to receive it.

Check the date on package to see when it was shipped before you leave any negative feedback on slow shipping.
Some places in the world (like Italy) can take 7 to 10 weeks before it finally reaches it final destination. I can not control this issue at all.

NON-PAYMENT & WHAT HAPPENS

To avoid non-paying bidder alert:
Payment must be received in 7 days of winning. You have 7 days from 1st win to combine all of the auctions you have won.

I always file non-paying bidder alerts after 7 days for my protection on any lost fees if a buyer should not pay.
As soon as payment is made, must be in the next 7 days of filing, I can have the NPB cancelled & nothing will happen to your account.
If payment still hasn't been received, you will received a non-paying bidder strike from eBay, negative feedback from me, and become blocked from my future auctions.

Important Note For Multiple Auction Winners:
If a non-paying bidder alert is filed, you will not be eligible for any shipping and handling discount.

MULTIPLE WINS & SHIPPING/HANDLING DISCOUNTS

You have 7 days from the 1^st auction won to bid to try to win additional auctions.

At the end of that period, you can go directly to the checkout to complete your payment

Mexico & Canada will need to request invoice (click the link during the checkout process) because some items are not eligible for any discount to other parts of the world due to weight.

Discount is applied only if 1 payment is sent; do not pay for each auction won separately.
