Before you place a bid
Please make sure, that you have a valid email address with eBay, to make it fast and easy for us to contact you as soon as your auction ends. If you don't please make sure you email us immediately after bidding.
Only place a bid if you are serious and willing to purchase the item for the amount of your bid, remember all bids on eBay are legally binding.
If you have any questions regarding our products or the process of an auction, feel free to email us before you place a bid. Only place a bid when you can ensure, that the item you are bidding on is the product you definitely want to purchase.
Wining Bidders
Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number, this is passed on to our courier who may need to contact you if there is a problem with delivery.
Please ensure you have provided the correct address when completing eBay checkout, as we use eBay's selling manager for dispatch paperwork and your order will be dispatched to the address provided.(If the address is incorrect, you have an option to change it before completing checkout).
We work Monday to Friday on a 9am-5pm basis. We will endeavor to answer your emails as promptly as possible, but we would ask that you allow 48 hours (Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends) for a reply to your email. Repetitive and/or abusive emails will be treated as spam and ignored.
Feedback Policy
We will always leave feedback for all of our customers as we believe that this makes Ebay a safer trading environment. However due to large amounts of sales we have to use an automated system, this will automatically leave positive feedback for our customers within a few minutes of our customers leaving positive feedback for us.
If there is a problem with your order, please do not leave negative feedback, contact us FIRST as most problems can be easily rectified by us.
If negative feedback is left before any contact is made, we will consider the matter closed and not take any action to rectify the problem.
Non Paying bidder Policy
All payments must be received within 5 days of end of auction, if payment has not been received within 3 days we will send you a reminder email. If we have still not received payment by day 7 we will file a ?non paying bidder? report with Ebay, after a further 7 days the report will be closed by us, the bidder will receive a ?non paying bidder? strike on their Ebay account, and will also be barred from bidding on any other bargain-electrical-store auctions.

Warranty Information
All of our products are supplied with either a 6 or 12 month return to base warranty dependant on the type of product purchased.
All of our Brand New products will be supplied with a 12 month manufacturer?s warranty, which is exactly the same as you would receive from any other shop, either online or on the high street.
All of our graded products are fully tested and safety checked, therefore we are happy to supply products with a full 6 month working condition warranty, this is far better than other sellers on Ebay, who sell goods with only a 30 day warranty or even worse a 7 day warranty, this doesn?t say much for there confidence in the products they are selling.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if you are unhappy for any reason please inform us via email within 14 days of receipt. You will then be given a returns authorization number, and you can return the goods to us. Please note that you will be liable for any return postage costs incurred.
If your goods arrive damaged you must inform us within 24 hours, we can then pursue a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
WE CANNOT ENTERTAIN CLAIMS MADE OUTSIDE OF THESE TIME FRAMES
All goods that have been issued with a return authorization number must be received by us within 7 days of a return authorization number being issued. All goods must be returned in original condition, and in original packing, and must also include any accessories and promotional items sent. All returns must clearly display a returns authorization number on the outer packaging.
Items Returned Under Warranty
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, simply contact us, providing the following details: Auction Username, Date of Purchase, Product Details, and Details of Defect.
We will then give you a returns authorization number and details of how to proceed with returning the product.
Please note to be eligible for replacement/refund goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving return authorization number, if this is not possible for whatever reason; please email us in advance, failure to do so will result in the returns being rejected.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Goods must be returned to us carriage paid with their original packaging and, where applicable, all related manuals and accessories, as well as a completed copy of the returns form.
Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
1. On receipt, the item will be tested and we will only proceed if there is a defect, the item will then be forwarded to the relevant supplier.
2. If we do not detect any Physical Damage and our Supplier does, The Buyer will be responsible for any handling charges passed on to us. (I.e. If an Electrical item has been Water damaged, we may not detect that, but our suppliers will, please only return items which are genuinely faulty and not damaged)
3. Once our supplier verifies that the product is faulty, we will send a replacement. We do not issue refunds unless the supplier issues a refund, this will only occur if the supplier no longer stocks the product or equivalent. Please note this process can take up to 28 days.
4. Refunds are made only if a replacement (or equivalent) is not available.
5. Customers are responsible for return delivery charges of non-faulty or physically damaged items.
Graded Items
We sell both 'Brand New' and 'Graded' products, products that are advertised as 'Brand New' products are what you would expect when purchasing from a high street retailer, unlike some Ebay sellers, we do not sell Graded products as brand new, all graded items are clearly highlighted in the auctions.

Damaged Boxes
Unwanted Gifts
Missing Accessories
Minor Faults
Factory Graded or Factory Seconds
The majority of our graded products mainly have damaged boxes or slight cosmetic marks, all our graded products have been electrically checked, tested, repaired and completed, these products are sold as guaranteed perfectly working items that may have slight cosmetic marks.
