I am committed to keeping shipping costs as low as possible, which gets trickier with every postal rate increase.  For small, light-weight items, it is still cheaper to use First Class mail.  Unfortunately, new postal rules now limit first class parcels to 13 ounces.  For larger orders, I prefer USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which features faster delivery times and free delivery confirmation. I combine shipping for the cost of postage on anything that fits in one Flat Rate envelope or box.  When buying multiple items, please contact me for a corrected invoice before paying.

Returns, undelivered packages, etc.-    Usually, there are no problems.  If there should be a problem, contact me!!  We will work something out.  I want happy customers, so I stand behind my products 100%.
