Return Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of item receipt to decide upon a mutually satisfactory solution.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of your receipt of the item. A full refund of the purchase price will be given. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the item has been misrepresented, if it has been lost in transit, or damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Shipping
Combined Shipping: Depending on other item(s), this item may be shipped along with another purchase. Please contact me at auction end to advise whether you would like to continue shopping. You can combine all your items within 30 days of the first won item. All items you are combining for shipping must be paid in one single payment.
Please note that the international buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs costs.
I am not responsible for lost items unless insurance is purchased. If insurance is purchased and the item is lost in transit, I will refund your money in full, including shipping and handling costs.
Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt of payment for item to be shipped. Delivery takes up to 7 business days within Canada and up to 18 days outside of Canada. Please contact me if your package is not received within 25 days of my receipt of your payment.
Payment Information
PayPal is the preferred method of payment, but international money orders and cashier’s cheques are also accepted. Please contact me at end of auction if you wish to pay by international money order or cashier’s cheque.
Payment must be made within 5 days of auction close. If you are paying by international money order or cashier’s cheque, it must be received by me within 10 business days of auction close.
E-Bay bids are legally binding agreements to purchase. I have to pay E-Bay fees for each sale. The only way to receive a refund on these fees is to file a "non-paying bidder alert", which impacts negatively on you as a buyer.
