The genuine article made in England. Has strop and hone built into the case lides. Razor mechanism hones and strops blade as you operate handle. Thousands of servicemen used these razors during WWII, but manufacturing ceased on them around a half-century ago. Great keepsake and conversation piece. I have shaved with it, but can't recommend it for daily use. This item has seen a lot of whiskers. The hone has a crack and the strop has obviously sharpened the blades many times. But you'll probably be the only one of your friends with a genuine Rolls Razor that still works. (Sean Connery used one in an old movie about Cuba.) | | |
