Item Description

This is a lot of RARE vintage/antique childrens hardcover Randy McNally Books.  They are:

  1. Looking Out the Window.  A Ding Dong School Book by Miss Frances.  An original price of .25 cents.  This is a neat book.  It's made a lot like a Little Golden Book.  On the inside cover it says 'Who is Miss Frances?  What is Ding Dong School?'  Then it says 'Every morning when the school bell rings across the N.B.C. network, millions of youngsters are gathered in front of television sets from coast to coast to spend time with their beloved Miss Frances, schoolmistress of TV's most outstanding children's program, Ding Dong School...etc.' Copyright MCMLIV which I believe is 1954.  That is the only date I see and I think this book may be a First Edition but I'm not sure.  It does look intact and complete with all the pages and what I would consider to be in good, read in condition for the age.
  2. Pocahontas A Little Indian Girl of Jamestown. Copyright MCMLVII which I believe is 1957.  It is By Frances Cavanah.  Illustrated by Manning de V. Lee.  Published with the approval and collaboration of Jamestown Festival.  Jamestown, Virginia.  It has been read through the years but is in what I would consider to be good, read in condition.
  3. Little Cub Scout.  Copyright MCMLXIV. 1964.  This book has also been read through the years.  It looks complete with all the pages but the last page that is made on the back inside cover has come off in places and also the spine has lifted off the outer cover from the inside...not sure how to explain it...more edgewear on this one too...
  4. Cowboy Dan.  Copyright MCML. 1950.  It has been read through the years but looks to be in good condition for the age.

All of these may be First Editions.  I'm not sure.  I will be glad to ship these at the LOW Media rate not unless another method is preferred.

I start most my auctions at .99 cents or less.  I will combine shipping on multiple wins to save you even more.  Please check out my other items listed.  E-mail me with any questions.  All my items come from a smoke free home.  Thanks for looking:-)
