After auction we will send you an invoice as quickly as possible and we would appreciate your response within 3 days maximum 5 days, so as we may get your items to you as fast as possible.
Insurance is normally included in all of our auctions, hence the shipping fee. We try to be as fair as possible and list things as they are with their descriptions to the best of our knowledge. If there is a problem with an item, then we will try to remedy the situation that is fair to both of us. We will not give refunds for an item because of buyer remorse or because you did not read the entire auction and all details about our items, or you simply fail to understand basic common language in the auctions.
Again, we list things to the best of our knowledge and what you buy is what you see pictured. We do not refund shipping charges, this goes to the post office.
