This listing is for a one week timeshare rental at Aruba Beach Club in Punta Brabo Beach -- Aruba -- for September 13 to 20, 2008.

My wife and I are the owners of this beautiful timeshare week, but this year we are not able to enjoy it.

The unit is a Deluxe Suite located in the second floor with a wonderful pool and ocean view. It has a large bedroom with two queen-size beds, living room, bathroom, fully equipped full-sized kitchen, and balcony. The suite is large, beautifully furnished and decorated and has a 5-person occupancy.

Aruba Beach Club is located directly on the beach in beautiful Punta Brabo Beach, 2 ½ miles from downtown Oranjestad, and  just across the Alhambra Casino and Shopping Center. The Resort also features lighted tennis courts, a gym, a swap library, two swimming pools, children's pools, children's playground, Jacuzzis, shops, concessionaires, and food and beverage facilities. Once the auction and payment are completed, I will notify ABC’s management the permission to use the unit and the name of  the occupant. This is all that is needed.

There are energy and occupation taxes of around $15 per day to be paid on site.
