Per-fil is the leading manufacturer of toner and inkjet refilling semi-automated robots.
Offered here is one of their RR-1 rotary inkjet refilling machines we received from a
recharger bankruptcy. Normal price of this item is around $6700 new.
The unit appears to be in very clean used condition with low hours. It apparently
was properly cleaned after its last use. We have the special line cord connector
on order and will power it up when we receive the needed part. We are researching
the docs availability. Unit is believed still factory supported..
Inside the box is a full Mitsibushi "FX" PLC programmable logic computer, various pneumatic
regulators, vacuum transfers, bunches of air valves, electronic controls, and the rotary head drive cylinders.
A shop air supply is required for operaton. Serial #20013. 110 vac single phase.
Unit semi-automatically refills single inkjet cartridges at a one per minute rate.
The RR-1 is PLC controlled and pneumatically driven, so it requires an air
supply, an ink supply, an air exhaust sink, and a waste drain line. It is fully
programmable, and snap-in workstations can be used for different brands
of inkjet cartridges to be refilled.
