An original document.  The document states that an indentrue was made between James Montgomery and Robert Montgomery partners in trade under the firm J &R Montgomery.  There is four pages of legal writing, in one area it is dated from Moulton Alabama July 30, 1834.

The document is in very good condition, with a little light wear.
