This auction is for one 250 paper tray for an HP LaserJet 1300.

Specifics:

• Prepayment is accepted by money order, cashiers or certified check. Company Checks are accepted on approval only and will be held for a minimum of 10 business days prior to shipping merchandise.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express direct through our secure auction checkout site. We do accept PayPal. Paypal payments will only be accepted from confirmed addresses. We don't accept any other type of escrow.
  
  
• All sales are final - NO RETURNS. Orders that are refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• Policies and item availability are subject to change without notice. Title to items purchased is retained by Dealexpress and passed on to purchaser when payment is received. For items to be exported, export documentation must be obtained from the Federal Government. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to the benefit without intent to infringe on the mark holder.
  
  
• Products sold as New and/or Refurbished are warranted by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made through the product manufacturer, not through Dealexpress (hereafter referred to as "DE"). All products sold as "Demo" units carry the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. All products sold as Used are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise stated on the invoice. If a DE warranty is stated on the invoice, DE will repair or replace, at DE's option, the used product containing manufacturing defects so long as the product is returned with its original shipping materials to DE within the originally stated DE warranty period. This warranty is made only to the purchaser whose name appears on the front of this invoice, is non-transferable, and is void if resold. Service by a non-DE-approved technician voids any DE warranty. No merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement without prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA number, please call (913) 322-2102. Dealexpress does not pay shipping for RMA merchandise.

• Dealexpress makes no representations or warranties regarding the fitness of the products you have purchased for any particular function. DE makes no representations or warranties that the products you have purchased are compatible with any particular software or non-DE equipment. DE is not responsible for any damage, problems, or data loss resulting from software, hardware failure, or non-DE equipment placed by buyer on DE product. Installation or service by a non-DE-approved technician voids any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
  
  
• Limitation of Liability. DE'S LIABILITY TO PURCHASER SHALL BE LIMITED TO 100% OF THE AMOUNT THEN HAVING BEEN ACTUALLY PAID TO DE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE INTEGRAL TO THIS ORDER. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT DE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF DE'S PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
  
  
• For any products sold that are damaged, lost, or stolen by shipper in transit to Buyer, an insurance claim must be submitted to the shipper, not to DE. DE is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to shipper's negligence or theft.
  
  
• Should any term, sentence, or paragraph of this agreement be deemed invalid or illegal in a court of law, such term, sentence, or paragraph shall be severed from the rest of this agreement, leaving the other terms of this agreement in place.
  
  
• This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas. Should any dispute arise regarding this agreement, Buyer consents to jurisdiction in the State of Kansas and agrees that venue is proper in the County of Johnson. Buyer agrees that the place of performance of this agreement is in the County of Johnson, State of Kansas. Further, the prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to costs including attorney's fees.

• Checkout must be performed via our secure checkout site. Our payment options are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.
• Any money orders received for auctions where a proper checkout was not performed via telephone or online will be returned automatically. We receive many checks every day and without an order being placed, it's impossible to match the payment with an auction.

• Unless otherwise noted, all products are new and the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will provide the proof of purchase to validate warranty. Warranty service is through the manufacturer. Dealexpress does not facilitate warranties. You must work directly with the manufacturer; however we will assist you in every way we can. Dealexpress does not accept returns of any merchandise for a refund. This policy may be stringent, but that is how we are able to sell our products so inexpensively compared to the rest of the industry. Any products that are returned without a valid RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Dealexpress never pays for return shipping for any merchandise. If you prefer not to bid on our auctions because of this policy, we understand. Should you choose to bid, be advised that no exceptions will be made. If the item we are selling is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we do not pay for return shipping and we do not refund the original shipping costs.

• At Dealexpress we strongly believe that if you manufacture a computer product, you should stand behind it. We do NOT manufacture any of our own products nor do we subscribe to the computer superstore theory, which basically says that we'll take anything back for any reason. • We are authorized for nearly every major computer manufacturer and the end user warranty should be intact for you, the consumer. Also understand that we are service authorized for many of the manufacturers whose products we sell; as a result, we're able to facilitate a warranty on these items in most cases.

• We reserve the right to decline to sell to buyers with negative feedback or no purchase history. We reserve the right to cancel any bid from a buyer who has excessive negative or hidden feedback. We reserve the right to end an auction at any time. If the auction has a successful bidder, we will honor that bid. That bidder is also obligated to honor their winning bid. • All products are shipped via FedEX Ground or FedEX Express. All CODs MUST go FedEX - NO Exceptions! Shipping is at your (the buyer's) expense. Shipping will be calculated and billed at published rates. A handling charge is added to all auctions. We charge reasonable S&H charges for the item being offered. The unit will ship within two business days of receipt of your payment except for CODs and company checks.
