The 1984 Reading Phillies were the AA Eastern League affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. Other clubs in the league included the Albany A's, Buffalo Bisons, Glens Falls White Sox, Nashua Pirates, New Britain Red Sox, Vermont Reds and Waterbury Angels. This is a schedule booklet containing the complete schedule of games, home and away, for the club for the 1984 season. The booklet, which measures about 2 1/2" x 3 3/4," opens up to three two-sided panels. The front panel contains an ad for Schmidt's Beer. The three inside panels carry the complete 1984 game schedule. The back of the middle panel contains ticket price and availability information. The back of the other panel is an ad for Eagle Snacks.
Members of the 1984 Reading Phillies who spent some time in the big leagues included Bo Diaz, Mike LaValliere, Joe Lefebvre and Mike Maddux.
The schedule is printed on light weight paper stock. It has a touch on the upper right corner but is otherwise in near perfect condition.
