RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT:
By bidding on this auction you agree to ALL of the terms and conditions below.
1. Buyer has 72 hours from the time tracking shows delivery to email us about a defective item. After 72 hours all items are sold as is and are not returnable, no exceptions
2. Items broken during shipping or by the eBay user are not returnable at all.
3. You MUST contact us for return authorization. If package is returned without a R.A., the package will be refused. Upon item receipt an inspection will be done. If item is returned for any reason other than factory defect nothing will be done at all.
4. We are not responsible for any shipping fees to and from us. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees to and from us!
5. Item can never be returned because you do not want it anymore.
6. If you would like shipping insurance to protect against damage in shipping please add 1.30 to insurance section which already has the .55 tracking fee. This is the only way you can be protected against a damaged or lost item in the mail.
7. We are not responsible for any dead batteries, or light bulbs in any products. We do not guarantee working batteries or light bulbs in any product.
