The Westinghouse fan is a 2 speed oscillating type. However the oscillating feature does not work. The band accross the front is marked Westinghouse, Cat. No. 12LA3, Part NO. Y-4692, Made in U.S.A., Volts 115, Cycles 60, and AMPS .7. The blades and cage are in good condition. The cloth cord between the motor and the base has some fraying where it connects to the motor. There is an adjustable knob that allows you to lock the fan position. On the base is some wear marks where the cage rubbed the paint off. The fan runs and has 2 speeds. The OSCILLATING FEATURE DOES NOT WORK !!! This fan does move the air with quite a force.
