Payment must be received within 14 days. If you need extra time, I will issue it to you as long as you give prior notice. I accept payments by personal and business checks (all personal and business checks will need to be held for 10 days to clear), cashiers checks, money orders, all major credit cards (over the phone ) and all payments through paypal (preferred method of payment).

Shipping insurance is required on all shipments, and will automatically be added on your invoice. Please see below for insurance amount. Shipping & handling charges are non-negotiable.
Multiple purchases to save you on shipping. If you would like to combine auctions to save on shipping, the shipping charge will be reduced 50% on all items except the item costing the most to ship. For example, if you win 3 items costing $12 to ship for one item, $10 for the other one, and $8 for the next, your total cost of shipping all 3 items will be $21. A savings of $9!!! This discount also applies for international orders.
Tracking Information will be emailed to you once we have prepared your package. You can expect your packaged to be picked up by the carrier the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking statues to register with the carrier provided. If you did not receive an email, and would like a tracking number please e-mail or call us.
Delivery Time. Once payment is received we should ship your package out within 2 business days, and you should normally expect your product delivered to you in 5 business days. Due to inventory logistics, aggressive Internet and local sales, actual shipment may take up to 5 business days after receipt of payment. Please supply us with your Street Address. A Post Office Box is only optional but a street address is required. If you do not supply us with the necessary shipping and/or product information with your payment, you package might be delayed. International buyers, please advise that packages going through customs might cause some delay. You should expect your package within 10 business Days.
Shipping carrier will be selected by us based on destination, contents and weight of your package. For shipping under 2 pounds, your package should go out USPS.com with delivery confirmation. From 2.1 to 150 pounds your package should go out DHL.com with tracking number. For over 150 pounds, your package should go out by one of our select motor freight carriers with tracking number.
Local pick ups are welcome to save on shipping cost. Once you have won, please contact me so we can schedule a pick up. Pick ups are in Pearland TX. There are no pick up fee's
When you bid or “buy it now”, you are agreeing to all terms listed on the auction. We will not be responsible for shipping fees if you supply me with an incorrect shipping. Please be sure that all state laws and city ordinances allow the use of this product. If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback, and we will do everything we can to fix the problem. If you choose to go ahead and leave negative feedback, all terms and conditions of agreement are null and void until you retract your feedback. Meaning, if you would like us to fix the problem please do not leave negative feedback then demand a solution. If your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship your package out in 2 business days once we have confirmed with the shipping company that it has been lost. In the rare event of cosmetic damage due to shipping the customer must file a damaged report claim against the shipping company under their name. The seller is not responsible for damages originating from shipping. The shipping company will come out and inspect your package for damages done to your product. You will then be issued money damages based on your repair cost and the shipping companies inspection decision. We will do everything we can to help out the customer in processing and filing the damaged claim, and also direct you to a recommended list of suppliers who can fix your damaged cosmetic part. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. All claims, disputes, or law suites against us or any of our agents must be filled within the Harris County Texas court district due to jurisdiction and law regulations. You are agreeing that the complete sell of any merchandise you buy from us, is completely in Harris County Texas.There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. We try to keep our stock pictures up to date, but sometimes there are small imporvments made by the manufacturer. Please keep in mind these are very small improvements, such as a slightly darker color than shown in the picture. Specifications are supplied by manufacturer, and have not been independently tested by us. We do not guarantee delivery time or specific date for your order; do to weather conditions and third party carrier’s ability to deliver the package. We only guarantee that your package will be shipped within 5 business days, providing that the customer has supplied us with all the sufficient information and funds to ship the order. We are not responsible for stolen packages once your item is delivered. If a package is delivered to you or on your property, and it is stolen, it is your responsibility to put a trace out on the package from the shipping company, or contact the local authority to report a theft.
Defective Product. For defective product, a 30-day (from the date the auction ended) money back guarantee will be offered. If the product is defective before the 30-day policy, the buyer must pay to have the item shipped back to us. After we receive the item, we will issue the buyer a full re-fund for returns (auction price plus shipping cost from us to the buyer). Or if an exchange is desired, we will pay to have the item re-shipped to the buyer. This way the buyer/seller split the cost of shipping for the exchanged item 50/50. Shipping on items is non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items.
General Product Return. For general returns, if you are unsatisfied for any reason with a product you receive we will gladly accept the item back within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping and handling costs). All items returned to us will be credited back in the form of the original payment within 3 business days once we receive the item.
Pay for all the items you click "buy it now" or bid and win on. We will leave negative feedback. We get charged for posting items on E-bay and then give E-bay a percentage of the sale. So don't bid unless you are ready to pay. We will give you 14 days to get payment to me. After that you will be reported to E-bay. Bid responsibly, don't let your eyes be bigger than your wallet.
