DELL DESKTOP COMPUTER- BROKEN!!!! PARTS OR FIX?-

 hello  this is  a dell  desktop  computer  [dimension  4600]   tower  only  no monitor  -wires -  keyboard -mouse   or  anyhting  else  !- i added  the  3rd  pic to show  it  does  power  up  and   will enter  bios  !  heres the  spec sent  to me  from  a great  person who  saw  the  listing  -pentuim 4  /2. 8  ghz/512 mb  ram /160 gb  hard  drive  -  shipped  here  aug-2004  - no thing  added  or  taken off  of  it  since  then  [no  upgrades] - it  was  our  household  computer til l it  was  dropped  [yes  dropped  ]    not  sure  if  pic  shows  it  but  the  corner  is  dented - the  fornt  panel is  missing  [ shot]  and   the   disc  drive   is  missing  the  little  black button   have  to use  a  pen to  push  the  button   we  use d it  till our  new  one  came  from dell -   the  side  panel is missing  as  well  - so  basically   this  is   for   misc  parts  or   if your   a comp whiz  you  could  remove  everything  and  install it  in  a  new   tower -     the  main problem is  and  why  its  being  sold   is  that  when u  go to install  windows form  cd-  i t  installs it   then when it reboots  it  starts  to  reinstall  them again? been told  it  need  a new  hard  drive out  of  my  leauge -- i m not  a  comp  person   iv  only  changed   a  few   ethernet  cards  etc  - everything  works    otherwise  just  trys  to  keep  re-installing  windows?  so  this is a  rebuild or  a  parts   computer  - s/h  is  high due to  the  weight  ill  refund  some   money  back if   once  i find  out  it  wasnt  that costly  i sent  one  back to  dell  form  mansfield,ohio  1  time and  it  cost  $50!  - im sur e this could  ship  parcel post    for a  decent  price    but  im using  $40  to  be  safe   and  ill go  from there  -  - this  system  has  been in  my  workshop  so it  is  a  little  dusty -- has   disc  drive  /dvd  drive / and  3 1/2  floppy -    - any other  questions   please  feel  free  to  ask  -- i have  an old gateway  computer  also [2000]  only powers on  thats it  ?!  not  even  sure  any more  what  model it  is- could take  a  pic  if  intersted   or  work out  a  good deal for you  ! --there  was   a price  change  i n the  shipping  cost  due  to  a  typing  error     im not  truly  sure  what  shipping    runs for  somehting  like this   any one   have  an idea  on  weight? e-mail me  and  let  me  know ----  s/ h is  $40 ---local  pick-up  is  $20  and  ill deliver it   local[shelby/mansfield]  for  $25  also or  work  out  something  for  another l ocal area  usally  same  charge [i know the  streets in  mans+shelby]

 IADDED THIS OPTION  OIN  TO MY  OTHER   COMPUTER  LISTING   SO I WIL L FOR THIS  ONE  AS  WELL   IF  HTE  BUYER  WOUDL PREFER  ICAN  CHANGE THE  S/H   TO $20   AND  JUST  SHIP  THE  PARTS    WITHOUT THE  CASE  AND  ID  JUST  SCRAP  THE  CASE  OUT    [ITS  DENTED  ANYWAYS  - EVERYTHING  WOUKLD  BE   INTACT  AS  MUCH  AS  POSSIBLE -  THE  CASE  IS  WHAT  MAKES  THE  S/H  SO HIGH   SO  THIS  IS A WAY  TO LOWER  THAT     AND  KEEP  EVERYONE  HAPPY  THIS  IS ALL UP TO THE  BUYER  - $20 FOR  JUST  THE  PARTS  NO  CASE  -$40  W/ CASE  ALL INTACT   UP  TO BUYER!!!
