Bidding - Please do not bid if you do not plan to pay! It may seem like an odd thing to say but non-paying bidders are becoming more frequent. A winning bid or Buy It Now purchase on eBay is considered a contract and you are obligated to purchase the item. Failure to purchase an item you have won may result in negative feedback, as well as an unpaid item strike against your account.
Payment - Payment must be received within 10 days of the auction's end. Paypal is preferred however if you will be sending a money order, kindly let me know. Personal checks are discouraged however if you insist, items paid for with personal checks will not be shipped for 7-10 days. I do not advise anyone to send cash! If you do, it is at your risk!
Shipping and Handling Charges - First of all, I only ship using the U.S. Postal Service as that is the most convenient method for me. I print my own postage and have packages either picked up or dropped off at the Post office every day, Monday through Friday. Most purchases are packaged and processed within 24 hours- some may take 48 hours, for example if they are paid for over a weekend or holiday. As for handling charges, shipping and handling charges reflect not only postage amounts but the costs involved for packaging and to cover the rising costs involved in doing business online. (Sellers pay a fee to list, a fee when the item sells and a fee when Paypal is used. Plus compensation for time, fuel, packaging, storage, etc.) Still, I think you'll find my shipping charges to be reasonable. I do not make a profit on my shipping and handling charges, as some sellers do!
Multiple Purchases - I am happy to reduce shipping and handling charges for multiple purchases whenever possible. If you are using Paypal, combined items MUST be paid for with one payment. Unless I have quoted you an amount for your combined shipment, please wait for me to send a combined invoice. Please do not assume a combined shipping amount! It is best to inquire about the combined shipping charge before bidding to avoid problems.
Shipping to countries other than the U.S. - Due to a number of problems concerning miscommunication and lost packages, I am no longer shipping to countries other than the U.S.
Returns - All sales are final. I do my best to describe my items as accurately as I can. Please feel free to ask questions before bidding. If I have not been accurate in my description, please contact me. If I agree to refund an item, the item must be returned to me with return shipping costs paid for by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. I strongly advise buyers to take the optional insurance for fragile or valuable items. I am not responsible for how the package is treated when it leaves my hands! Uninsured items arriving broken or not arriving at all will not be refunded or replaced.
Selling outside of eBay - Please do not ask me to sell you something "outside" of eBay. Please do not ask me to lower a price on an item and please do not ask me to end an item early. If an item ends without a bid, it will probably end up in my Store listing. You are welcome to ask if it will be re-listed.
Need to contact me? I do my best to answer e-mails within 24 hours. I don't spend a lot of time online though so your patience is appreciated! Please contact me through eBay. Why? Sometimes emails get mixed with spam so I won't see it right away but I will see the question on eBay. Also, I get many fraudulent emails disguised as eBay questions! If an email doesn't look "right" I may not answer it unless I see in my eBay questions as well.
