This is a set of 2 camcorder conversion lens made by Sony. One is a wide conversion lens x1.4 model VCL-1437A, the other is a tele conversion lens x0.6 model VCL-0637A. Both are thread and are 36.5mm wide. They have the caps and the lenses are in excellent condition with no scratches.
