We ship worldwide for the flat-rate shipping fee specified. This item ships direct from the distributor in Hong Kong and takes 10 to 14 working days to arrive. In the event your item is damaged  or defective you must contact us within 24 hrs with an email. We will issue an RMA number for you to return the item to us in New York. Upon receipt and inspection of damage your replacement item will be ordered from the distributor. You are responsible for all shipping charges for this process.
