Leica/Leitz cord #15416 with household plug

this is a used 6'foot  black cord it is a LEICA cat. no. 15416

One end is a Braun household electric plug and the other

end is  Leitz Wetzlar . The picture shows both ends.

Cannot tell you what it connects to, but here it is ?
