National Instruments PXI-6052E Multifunction DAQ Card

This is a 16 bit, 333 kS/s multifunction DAQ card that was purchased from a local company.  It has 16 analog inputs (16 bit resolution), 2 analog outputs (16 bit resolution), 8 digital I/O lines, two 24 bit counters, and analog triggering.  Please see the detailed specifications listed below.  National Instruments sells this card for $2,599.

This device appears to be in good cosmetic condition.  It is being sold AS IS as we are currently unable to perform any electrical testing since all of our test and calibration equipment is on its way to our new location.  GibTech Electronics is currently in the process of moving its headquarters and laboratory to a larger and better equipped facility.  All items in this week’s auction set appear to be in good physical shape but we are unable to test them further.  We believe strongly in fully testing every device we sell, and since we are unable to do so in this case due to our move, we are forced to sell this item AS IS (with no warranty) so please bid accordingly.  Many thanks to all of our customers who have made this move possible for us!

Warranty

"AS IS" Items:  Items listed with "AS IS" in the description do not come with a warranty and the buyer assumes all risk with its purchase.  While we always endeavor to test every item we sell, some devices require specialized hardware and/or software to validate which we do not have access to.  Since we believe strongly in fully disclosing the physical and operational condition of every item we offer, if we are not able to properly test a device, even though it may appear to be working properly, we are forced to sell it "AS IS".

All Other Items:  All items that are not posted with "AS IS" in the description have a 10 day DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty.  GibTech guarantees that the product will reach you in operating condition.  While we always test every product we sell to the fullest extent possible, we do not guarantee devices will be operating within their specified ranges (i.e. calibration limits) unless specifically stated in the description.

If the product is not operational when it reaches you, you have ten days from the close date of the auction to contact us via email and get a return authorization for the item.  Do not send the item back to us without first obtaining a return authorization.  The item must then be well packaged and returned to us in the exact condition you received it within 5 days of receiving the return authorization.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable insurance to return the item to us.  Upon receiving the device, we will test it to verify the problem you described and if it is found to be defective, we will either send you an exact replacement for the item or refund your money, at our option.  GibTech will pay the return shipping and insurance costs for any replacement items sent back to the buyer. 

This warranty does not cover: cosmetic issues that do not effect the operation of the device, embedded firmware or user/factory settings, and any misunderstandings on the part of the buyer as to the form, fit, or function of the device.  If you have any questions about the product being sold, please contact us via email before the end of the auction and we will do our best to answer them to your satisfaction.

The 10 day warranty period begins at the close of the auction.  We endeavor to ship items to customers within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Shipping

Shipping will be $8 via USPS Priority mail in the continental United States.  Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii and other locations outside of the United States. 

Shipping insurance is highly recommended. The buyer is responsible for purchasing the appropriate amount of postal insurance for each item purchased.  Once a package leaves our facility we are not responsible for any damage or loss if the buyer chose not to purchase insurance.  If you paid for insurance and an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.  Do not send the damaged item back to us without first contacting us via email.

Combined shipping is available on items purchased in other GibTech auctions if the ending dates of these auctions are within 5 days of the close of the first auction won.  If combined shipping is desired, please contact us at the close of the earliest ending auction to make arrangements for payment after other auctions have ended.  Failure to win any or all of the later auctions does NOT cancel the buyer's obligation to pay for those auctions that have already been won.  Again, please contact us to make arrangements in these situations to avoid misunderstandings and possible negative feedback.  Combined shipping cost is $8 for the first item and $2 for each additional item to be shipped together.  For combined shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii and all locations outside of the United States, please contact us.  If paying by Paypal:  only one payment should be submitted for all auctions won.  At the end of the final auction we will email an invoice for all the auctions, including shipping and insurance (if desired).

Payment

Payment can be made with PayPal (preferred), money order, cashier's check, or personal check.  Payment should be made within 3 days of the close of the auction.  If funds are being sent through the mail, please contact us to inform us that payment is on the way.  If purchasing multiple items from GibTech and combined shipping is desired, please see the Combined Shipping section above for details.  Personal checks will take 10 days to clear before shipment will be made.
