As-Is
We have a new merchandise overstock buisness. Most of the items we sell are brand new with a manufacturers warranty, unless stated otherwise. Because of this, and the fact we sell most items at almost half of major retail stores, we sell as-is with no return policy. Because of the narrow profit window, we cannot afford for someone to buy a new item, open it, decide they don't want it, and ship it back to us. We then could no longer sell that item in the same manner.
Payment
We accept Paypal, money orders, and cashier checks. We must receive payment within 5 business days of purchase, or the auction will be voided and the item relisted on ebay.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
We will ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Most of our items are shipped UPS via ground. However, we reserve the right to ship through identical services such as DHL, Fed-Ex, USPS etc. We include shipping insurance in our shipping quote. We ship only to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes & A.P.O. Adresses.
