(Please note 3 points of importance:)
All brake wiring is upgraded to 12 gauge wire versus everyone else's 16 gauge wire. This is a Dexter requirement. Anyone not doing this is selling a trailer with brakes that are only 40% effective because proper current will not flow. (Each magnet uses 3 amps X 4 = 12 amps needs 12Ga.)
1: Our tail is 11' long (others only use a 9' tail, it is a steeper climb than a conventional flatbed with dovetail and flip over ramps).
2: Our chisel point angle is cut from the bottom of trailer up to the far most rear point. Other companies cut angle from the top down the the rear. (their cut leaves 3' of a very steep angle to climp over). If you have man lifts or cushion tire fork lifts, they won't climb that initial angle.
3: We are now building as standard a chisel point rear with underslung light bar that folds up, the light bar is required by FMCSA rules.)
Our hinge is made from schedule 110 DOM (seamless tubing high tensile) with cold rolled insert with grease fittings on each pivot point.

We use MIG welding by certified welder. All joints are cut on a metal cutting bandsaw(no cutting torch cuts)
We magnaflux all joints to insure weld penetration (we are the only medium duty trailer manufacturer to do this. the big guys do it all the time)Prior to painting we wire brush all steel, wash down with lacquer thinner and then wash with tri sodium phosphate to insure long paint life.

2 10,000lb rating Dexter oil bath axles with heavy duty electric brakes on all axles. Brake size is 12 1/4" x 3 3/8" with forward self adjusting brakes standard.

Main frame subcrossmembers are full 12" Ibeam fully fitted at joint (othres nothc the crossmember at 45 degrees leaving a huge gap that can crack under heavy load.
Jack Handle has outboard sleeve support at edge of trailer (check others out, they have not support for an 18" distance from jack, sooner or later it will break off or bend)
Stake pockets and 2"x3/8" thick rubrail is standard (others use 2x1/4 rub rail)

Deck screws are 5/16" grade 8 self tapping and cadmium plated (our competition uses 1/4" deck screws)

We use Techol RED OXIDE rust inhibiting primer, Sherwin Williams High gloss Urethane automotive paint with a gloss enhancer. 33 colors available.
We prime and paint entire trailer, even the area you don't see. (New addition since 11-01-05).
DOT approved reflective tape, and custom pinstriping.
Our trailers are issued with an SAE approved serial number and an MSO for you to obtain a title. All trailers conform to USDOT regulations on the date of purchase.
We have a 2 year limited warranty. (tires are warranteed by the tire mfg.)
