I have tried to describe item as accurately as possible. I am not a jeweler or an expert, so I rely on reputable wholesalers. However, when buying fashion or costume jewelry not many details of the designs are available. Mostly, you have to rely on “the look”, so I have tried to capture the best photos capable with my equipment. Any variance from the photo, I will try to identify.
Packaging could differ from any packaging shown. Items were removed from original packaging to photograph only, but the original packaging may not have been reusable.
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end. Please let me know if you will be bidding on additional items, and I will hold your invoice for 7 days or until you are finished bidding, whichever comes first.

Shipping charges vary for each auction, and include postage, packaging, handling, fees, and marketing expense as determined fairly by me (shipping supplies DO NOT grow on trees). Shipping charges may or may not be discounted or combined - please read item details or email me with questions before you bid. A final invoice can be generated for all of your auctions if you check out within 7 days - any eligible discounts can only be applied towards a COMBINED invoice. Currently, I am offering a $1.50 discount from each item's shipping & handling charges, after the HIGHEST item is charged at full S&H cost. If you chose to pay by money order, rather than by PayPal, you may also deduct 3%. Contact me so I can adjust your invoice for your money order payment. Insurance is optional and added to the final invoice, and not applied to each item. Ebay/Auctiva checkout should calculate this for you. If you have problems checking out, please contact me. Item shipment should take 5-8 days. If you do not purchase the insurance, I cannot be responsible for lost items or items damaged during shipping. Items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and most items are shipped in padded envelopes, so items should arrive safely under normal circumstances. I also cannot be held responsible for items not getting across the border. I have postal/shipping records to prove when your item was shipped; however, I cannot guarantee when the US post office will deliver it to you. Insurance claims should be filed 14-21 days from postmark.
Returns are only accepted if pre-approved and only if the merchandise is defective. Please read the item description and look at the picture of the item that I have enlarged for you so you can inspect the item before you buy. To provide you with the best possible prices, I cannot assume higher overhead for returns that are "buyers regret". Merchandise is inspected carefully here before shipped. Credit for defective merchandise that is returned at buyer expense is applied towards other merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. I am not responsible for damage caused during shipping if insurance is not purchased. I currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Other countries available by special request.

I can't let you steal a deal; however, my starting bid prices are always below wholesale cost, so even including my shipping charges, you will get a nice item for less than retail, and from the comfort of your own home (or for some of you, from your office when no one is looking!). I am also learning that photographing high shine silver and gold metals is hard to do. Several of my photos captured the window blinds, the ceiling fan, other objects in the room, my camera, even the orange shirt I am wearing. If a photograph makes an item look tarnished, it really is just light reflecting color on the jewelry's shiny surface. All jewelry is a new in-stock item. Picture is an enlargment of the item to show detail, so not shown actual size. Measurements are given in most instances for size references. Display figures are for display only - the figures are not true to size. Again, please refer to the measurements given for the item to determine actual size. For those who care about such things, items are packaged and stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
