ABOUT SHIPPING: I charge what the USPS charges me--NO handling fee. All shipping is calculated using the tables at www.usps.com. The postage increases effective May 12, 2008 not only affect the cost of a first class letter stamp but increase every element of parcel shipping. My U.S. shipping costs will include required insurance. You can't compare them equitably with others' shipping costs that do not include insurance, which is a minimum of $1.70.
International Customers: On May 14, 2007, the USPS eliminated the relatively inexpensive Surface Mail option for everyonebut large companies and doubled or tripled International Priority shipping rates. First Class (Airmail) was increased as well, but not as dramatically. The USPS increased rates again on May 12, 2008 and plans to increase them every year in May.
