This auction is part of a global inventory of "Returns" direct from one of the world's largest computer & electronics retailers.
Returns:
Returns were sold to a customer, who then either physically brought the item back to a store or mailed it to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness (i.e., size, color, model, etc.), and as a result that product may be in fine working order. The majority of Returns, however, do have some operational and/or cosmetic problem. Depending on a company's return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of use. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a customer back to a store or a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. They generally do not come in original packaging and often do not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Accordingly, Returns can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.

Insurance is optional on all auctions; however insurance is suggested on every purchase.
I will not, at any time, refund money due to shipping damages nor, at any time, I am responsible for packages not arriving. This is why tracking and insurance is available. By bidding on this item, the buyer releases me of any damages or undelivered packages caused by the shipping company.
Returns

Please do not bid on this item unless you are prepared to deal with unknown repair problems, which may include things unknown to me and not described at the time of the listing. I truly and honestly try to represent my auction items to the best of my abilities.
Returns are accepted ONLY if the wrong item was shipped, or was clearly misrepresented. Under no circumstances, unless the wrong item was shipped, will the buyer be reimbursed for shipping cost to and from, especially due to shipping damage. I will describe the item to the best of my knowledge as I DO NOT claim to be an expert in every field; however, buyer agrees to ask questions they have prior to purchasing. Your bid is your contract that I have satisfied your question and/or concerns. Buyer must contact me via e-mail to initiate a return within 5 days of receiving the item. After that, the transaction is considered satisfied and settled.
