Important Notes:

Unless otherwise noted measurements are taken as follows: Total length is from the center of the  base of the neck to the hem along the back. Sleeve length is from the shoulder seam to the hem along the top of the sleeve. Bust is from armpit to armpit along the back, then doubled. Waist is around the waist-band without stretching any elastic. Hips are side seam to side seam across the butt, then doubled. Inseam is from the crotch seam to the hem along the inside of the leg.

Shipping & Handling:

The shipping cost includes handling/packaging fees. I do offer discounted shipping/handling on additional items from kayesfinds. For clothing items this is $3.00 off each additional item's S/H charge. For jewelry items it is $1.00 off each additional item's S/H charge. For other items, email me to get the discount. Clothing items will wrinkle in transit.

S/H charges listed in the ad are for the continental US states- Alaska & Hawaii need to automatically pay priority rates. International rates are offered. Please be advised that the US postal service has discontinued surface shipping to international destinations. Unfortunately the only other option is airmail, which is considerably more expensive. I apologize for this- I can't do anything about it. The good news is that you get your item in 6-10 days instead of 4-6 weeks. You may only choose "Standard to Canada" rates if you live in Canada. All other countries must choose "Priority Mail International".

I go to the post office once a week (usually on Thursday). If you’ve completed payment by the night before, I will ship your items and leave you an email with estimated time of arrival. I ship via USPS and cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves my hands at the post office. If you are concerned, please add $1.75 to your total for insurance. If you want a tracking number add $0.75 to your total.

Payment & Returns:

I prefer paypal transactions, but will also accommodate cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks. I will not ship your item until your check clears my bank. This may take an additional week depending on when I receive your check and am able to deposit it.

Buyer should pay or make arrangements within 7 days of auction close. I will send a reminder email the day before I go to the post office and one more a few days later. If buyer has not contacted me within a week of the auction close I reserve the right to open an unpaid item dispute on the transaction.

        If you are unhappy with your item, you need to contact me immediately for a resolution. We will work out a return. I will only reimburse S/H charges if I have somehow misrepresented the item.
