Here is a pocket prescription pad for the doctor who made housecalls. Compliments of Reed & Carnrick, as stated on the front cover. The pad has not been used. There are a few pages in the book that are advertising examples of prescriptions, as shown below. Inside the front cover, it tells what these different medicines are for. In the back of the book, there is a little postcard that you can tear out, so you can order more of these books. On the back cover, it gives the address for Reed & Carnrick in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The book measures 2 5/8" x 5 1/2". Excellent condition.
