This is an actual prop used in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway at the Majestic Theatre. It is a note that the Phantom sends to Carlotta. It is gently worn, due to the fact that it was actually used in the production.

The following is printed on the letter: "Your days at the Opera Populaire are numbered. Christine Daae will sing on your behalf tonight. Be prepared for a great misfortune, should you attempt to take her place."
