The down payment plus closing costs of $200.00 is due 24 hours after the auction is closed. We accept paypal, wire transfer, or cashier's check.
Upon receiving the down payment and $200.00 for closing costs we will rush a land contract to be signed by you, notarized and sent back to us along with the first month's mortgage payment of $325.00.
When the contract is received you can take possession of the house. After receiving 18 months of on-time mortgage payments the deed will transfer into your name.
A minimum credit score of 550 and minimum net monthly income of $975.00 is required. We reserve the right to deny any bidder who does not meet these criteria.
