We purchased this furnace - heat treater new in 1980. We have been the sole owner the entire time.
The furnace is in good overall and working condition. We are not aware of any current maintenance requirements for it. We do not use the furnace regularly enough anymore to warrant keeping it. The unit is a table top style with a front loading door. It is a plug and go model for both the 230 VAC furnace and the 110 VAC thermostat. The thermostat is made by Watlow. The unit is furnished with a safety switch to disengage the thermostat so that it will not continue heating while the door is open. The door also has a counterbalance to make is simple to open and close as well as allowing it to move vertically rather than swing open to keep heat away from the user as much as possible.
Although we are familiar with this piece of equipment, verification of the specifications listed above is the responsibility of the purchaser. The weight and dimensions listed here are estimates and the dimensions include removing the bracket and counterbalance for shipment. Shipping and delivery dates should be arranged with us after the purchase. Pick up or shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser.
