You
are bidding on a one week stay starting any Saturday during the remainder of 2008, subject
to availability. This auction is for a studio size unit. There is a possibility of upgrading
to a one-bedroom size unit for the final winning bid plus $95 for the seven night stay, or to a two-bedroom unit for the final winning bid plus $195 for the
seven night stay, during the next two months. All reservations are subject to availability of the desired
unit size for the selected one week period.
Resort
amenities include a huge infinity pool, swim up bar, large 12 person Jacuzzi,
expansive elevated Pool area with the finest views of the Cabo Bay,
full Spa, Gymnasium and brand new Beach Club. You will also find access to all
watersports and other beach activities right at your disposal. The resort has
several restaurant and bar options including the rooftop Sunset Grill
Restaurant.
The Luxury Studio unit has an ocean view with balcony. It is furnished with one king-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, toaster, coffee-maker,
blender, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, iron, hair-dryer,

The winning bidder needs to send me the desired week and unit size. Upon confirmation that the desired unit size and week are available, payment will be requested through PayPal.
