Estimated delivery time for Canada Post : Canada - 4 to 6
business days; USA - 6 to 14 business days; Worldwide - 10
to 20 business days. Please allow the estimated time to pass
before notifying us about non-receipt of your order.
If you require a faster (2-5 days) delivery, ask us for a UPS quote (usually between 50% and 100% more expensive than Canada Post).

PAYMENT INFO
We accept cash-in-person, credit cards, debit
cards, checks, money orders and Paypal. We will not collect any
passwords or credit card information from you! Our checkout
process is designed that it communicates with the merchant to
confirm that payment has been made and cleared. At no time is
the merchant providing us with any passwords or credit card
information. Winning bidder must make payment arrangements
within 10 days. If payment has not been received within 10 days
of auction end, the item will be relisted.
ALL ONTARIO RESIDENTS PAY GST/PST (13%). REST OF CANADA PAYS GST

- Yes, we ship every order within 2 business days of payment receipt. If for any
reason (such as incomplete payment) your order hasn't been shipped, you will be

- I paid for my order 2 days ago and it's still not here! Can you deliver it
by tomorrow?
- Please refer to an estimated delivery time (shipping section). We are unable
to speed up the process of Canada Post, USPS or any other postal service.
- I paid for my order right away, why didn't you leave me a feedback right
away?
- We have an auto-response system, that leaves a feedback for every feedback

- Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
- Yes, combined shipping discount will be applied automatically during checkout.
You must combine all your orders at a Kyozou checkout before paying. Separate
orders are not entitled for a combined shipping discount.
- I want to buy 3 items from you, do I have to pay $15 in handling fees on
pick-up (5$ for each item)?
- No, you pay $5 handling fee once per pick-up.
*ONLY for items purchased at BIN price. Warepark reserves the right to charge $5
pick-up fee per item for auctions sold below the BIN price.
- Do you offer any warranties on your items?
- There are NO warranties unless specified otherwise. DOA items are covered
under our exchange policy and must be reported within 3 days of the item's
arrival. Items that break or stop performing while in your possession are not
entitled for an exchange.
