International delivery is often delayed by local Customs agencies and we have no way of inquiring about the status of your shipment through the US Postal System. International shipments made via USPS First Class Mailcannot be paid using Paypal (1st class mail cannot be insured). We accept Paypal for other levels of USPS shipping. We can track packages and inquire about customs delays more effectively with UPS or FedEx as the carrier (paypal accepted). A 3-6 week time frame for International shipments is not uncommon for US Postal packages. We will of course verify via email that your parcel has been shipped.
