All Items will send Standard shipping using Hong Kong post office air mail, take 5-14 business days to delivery.
We do recommend registered air mail which would allow your package to be tracked; however this would be an Additional US$2.00/ shipment

Shipping Address: Normally we only ship to the address in your eBay account. If you want to use another shipping address, please specify in the NOTE when you checkout Paypal.

All products are subject to our RMA process and prior authorization must be received prior to return. The following is the procedure for returning a cartridge that has not met your expectations.
You may return the defective products for exchange or refund within 30 days after receipt , if our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival, we will replace it at no extra charge. If the product is found to be defective after 30 days from delivery date or 15% or more of its toner is used, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on usage.
All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee. S & H are not refundable for such case and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the cartridge is bought less than 30 days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the replacement. Otherwise, you will be charged for the shipping.

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will ask for some basic information regarding the cartridge, including original order number, type, etc.
- The CSR will ask that you include a print sample in with the cartridge. Please clearly mark and/or circle the defect on the print sample for review by our Cartridge Analysis department.
- You will then be issued, by email, an RMA confirmation form with your assigned RMA #. This RMA # is how we track the cartridge for return and proper credit.
- The CSR will make arrangements for the cartridge to be returned by email.
- Upon receiving the cartridge, our Cartridge Analysis Department will test and weigh the cartridge.
- Credit will be issued for unused portions. Credit will ONLY be given on cartridges that have an RMA # attached.
