Unless otherwise stated, all items are open-boxed -- used, returns, overstocks, shelf-pulls, or store displays etc. -- we do not know history of anything. While we try to describe each item as completely as possible, we may miss some detail that you are interested in, therefore all items are "sold as is" Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us via email to initiate a return within 2 days of receiving the item. Items must be recieved within 7 days. If not they will be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges Please email us with any questions BEFORE bidding. Open Box Product. Open box items are goods that have been returned from customers after they opened the box. This prevents us from selling the item as new, and we end up having to drastically reduce the price. Once our warehouse receives an opened return unit, it is inspected by our certified technicians. You end up with a high-quality product at a significant discount. Quantities of open box products are limited. Back orders are not accepted on open box products. There is a 3 day return period for open box products if you are not completely satisfied.
