The most versatile tubing bender in our greenhouse bender line up, the Model #TR-100 produces about an 21 inch radius depending on the hardness & gage. Designed to bend 18 gage by1 3/8" OD chain link fence tubing it will also bend other tubing from 1/2" to 1 1/2" O.D. in gages from 15 to 18 gage the finished radius for other tubes will vary depending on size and hardness.
The project possibilites are endless, using this bender. Greenhouses, farm sheds, storage sheds, animal shelter.
The photos below show a modified gothic 7 foot wide greenhouse hoop and a 12 foot wide seed propagation greenhouse built with the TR-100 & the DY-20 benders. This modified Gothic is one of the strongest frame design and is ideal in heavy snow or ice load areas, Modified gothic frames can be fabbed ranging from 6 to 12 feet in width. The one pictured was fabbed in under three minutes from scratch.
Also shown is a pair of typical "A" type style greenhouse frames The larger is a 10 foot wide & the smaller one setting inside of it is a 8 foot wide both were built using only the TR-100 bender.
As you can see when the two benders are combined the shapes you can achive are almost endless.
