RMA
Policy:

defective within 14-Day Warranty period
must have an RMA number to be replaced

replacement will receive RMA numbers (15%
service fee for RMA items tested
non-defective)
- Items returned
without RMA numbers are rejected upon
arrival

Dead
Pixel Policy: Five
or more dead pixels is considered a defect
(see RMA policy above). Policy does
not extend into manufacturer's warranty
period. Monitors sold AS-IS are not
covered by this policy
